Natural Variations

We understand that our natural timber products may have variations in color, grain, and knots. Rest assured, we carefully inspect and distribute the boards to minimize imperfections. Any boards that don't meet our standards are set aside as waste.

Machining Tolerances

All boards are created based on industry standards, allowing for a 7% variation in dimensions and a machining tolerance of 0.6mm.

Forward Orders

The estimated lead-time for forward orders of standard stock items is xxx weeks. This does not include any unforeseen delays due to shipping. Should any shipping delays occur and you wish to cancel your order as a result, "The Solid Timber Floor Co Pty Ltd" will ... We will endeavour to notify you as soon as we hear of any delays. Please note, cancellations are not possible for custom/special order items.

Interstate Deliveries from Melbourne

Please note we require a minimum of one weeks' notice from when payment has been received in full to organise deliveries outside of the Melbourne Metro area (such as regional or interstate).

Quoted Delivery Costs

Delivery costs have been quoted based on information provided at the time of quoting. Clear instructions regarding site access must be given (e.g. if unload assistance or specialised vehicles will be required).

Cancellation Policy

A xxx% cancellation fee is applied to all cancellations, determined by the total order value. Custom/special order items cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

All returns will incur xyz. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unopened, undamaged boxes with photo proof accepted. Refunds after final inspection.
